In Hearts Wake
Skydancer Tour
Byron Bay metal / hardcore outfit In Hearts Wake have announced a national tour to launch their third album, Skydancer, released May 1 via UNFD.

Skydancer is the second half of an ambitious project that has been planned in secret since well before the release of award-winning breakthrough album Earthwalker, and will emerge 364 days after its predecessor.

Both albums were recorded in the same session as 2013 drew to a close and share a multitude of themes across their artwork, lyrics and charitable intentions. The album includes a new version of former single 'Skydancer' featuring Jonathan Vigil of The Ghost Inside, as well as guest appearances from Marcus Bridge of Northlane and J Hurley and Ben Marvin of Hacktivist. 'Skydancer' was premiered on BBC Radio 1 The Rock Show to an overwhelming response from fans across the world. 'Breakaway' is the first official single which was premiered on triple j.

The Skydancer tour will see In Hearts Wake headline their biggest venues to date and they have impressive support acts along for the ride. Hailing from Detroit, main support on the Skydancer tour comes from post-hardcore band We Came As Romans. Fresh from recording their fourth studio album, We Came As Romans last visited Australia on Warped Tour 2013. Forming ten years ago, the band have spend the majority of that time touring the world relentlessly. In 2013, We Came As Romans released Tracing Back Roots via UNFD.

Last year, Beartooth released their incredible debut album Disgusting via Red Bull Records/Unified, and Australian fans have been urging them to visit our shores ever since. Beartooth will bring their back-to-basics hardcore stomp interspersed with anthemic choruses led by former Attack Attack! frontman Caleb Schomo. Disgusting was included in many end of year polls including Top 100 Albums of 2014 in Blunt Magazine, and Top 25 Albums of 2014 in Hysteria Magazine. Rounding out the line up will be Melbourne six piece Storm The Sky who released their debut album Permanence via UNFD in January. They have been hard at work recently touring with bands like Chiodos, and Slaves
