It's the 21st of December, and now they're ringing the last bells Aussies everywhere are out in force celebrating Paul Kelly’s anthem How To Make Gravy.

Its iconic lyrics and infectious melodies have made it one of the country’s most beloved festive songs, so much so that #gravyday is now trending across Twitter, confusing those who might not be familiar with the ’96 hit.

It’s become so popular that Kelly’s been travelling the country as of late with a mini-festival name after the song, the Melbourne leg of which pushed on despite extreme flooding – nothing can stop Australians Making Gravy.
