Aussie punk rock outfit Tonight Alive have announced they are taking a hiatus from international touring, citing "the need to address and prioritise our mental and physical health".

Just weeks after performing at the debut Good Things Festival across Australia's east coast, the Sydney outfit issued a statement after cancelling a US tour scheduled for January and February next year.

“Our touring schedule over the years has been demanding and truthfully the makeup of our entire reality," the statement reads.

“Reaching the end of a particularly turbulent year we are seeing the need to address and prioritise our mental and physical health. So in the interest of personal well-being and professional longevity Tonight Alive will be taking a hiatus from International touring.”
