Lamb Of God lead guitarist Mark Morton has launched a brand new solo project and will stamp it with the release of an album due out next March.
The ten-track LP, Anesthetic, showcases a string of big-name collaborations, including opening cut Cross Off which features late Linkin Park frontman, Chester Bennington.
Though the revered singer passed away in July last year, Morton began work on the LP some years ago alongside Jake Oni (of Canadian prog-metal band Oni) and Lamb Of God producer, Josh Wilbur.
"This album wasn't a concerted effort to start something outside Lamb of God," Morton said.
"Music is always in my head, and until I write and record it, it's stuck there. But once I record it, it's out. It's a catharsis, more for my own sanity."
Other names to feature on Anesthetic, due out on 1 March, includes Papa Roach's Jacoby Shaddix, Myles Kennedy, Arch Enemy's Alissa White-Gluz, Mark Lanegan and Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe.
