You can add The Used's Bert McCracken to the list of people holding out for a My Chemical Romance reunion.

Appearing on The Music Podcast backstage at Good Things Festival this month, McCracken brought up talk of a MCR reformation when asked if The Used have any upcoming tours planned.

"Just keep texting [My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way] and get My Chem back on the road with The Used." McCracken said with a laugh.

"I've been working on it for a while man, trust me."

Prior to their split in 2013, My Chemical Romance teamed with The Used in 2005 to release a charity cover of Queen and David Bowie's iconic track, Under Pressure, following a tsunami disaster in South Asia in December 2004.

The two bands also played live together on the now-defunct Taste Of Chaos tour.

"It's only a matter of time," McCracken said of MCR getting back together.

"That's my solid belief. It's only a matter of time. The band all gets along, I don't think there's any issues there.

"I think [Way] was exploring his creativity and I'm 95% sure it's a fact that they will be returning."

It comes after Way released new Christmas track, Dasher, last week, while the first trailer for the Netflix adaption of his comic, Umbrella Academy, dropped earlier this month.
