Triple J will be delivering a huge week of Aussie music, with seven of the eight adds and four of the five spots going to local acts this week.

Former Byron Bay, now Berlin locals, Parcels have taken out this week’s Feature Album spot with their self-titled work. The group recently released the video for their track Withorwithout, which starred Milla Jovovich, read the full story here.

BIGSOUND buzz act CLEWS have had their track Crushed added to regular rotation, as have Tired Lion with their track (also named) With Or Without, which premiered on the station last week.

Additionally, Hilltop Hoods, The Kid Laroi, ShockOne, Winston Surfshirt and Sloan Peterson have all had tracks added, while A$AP Rocky represents the only international add of the week.

Peterson has this told The Music this morning that New Direction being added is the “cherry on the top” for her.

"Whoa, I'm speechless, this was the last thing I expected to have happened this weekend,” she shared.

“Feeling so blessed, I've been playing guitar in Jesse Redwing's band at Queenscliff Music Festival in Victoria having such a fun time, this was the cherry on the top of a amazing weekend filled with music!"

Fergus James, Lastlings, Ruby Gill and Slum Sociable have scored themselves spots throughout the week, as have UK rock group The Vaccines.
