They've sent fans into a frenzy with a campaign that has downright excited and confused the hell out of them in the lead up to their new album, but it's good news today folks with album number three set to drop in a few short days, we also have confirmation that The 1975 are heading Down Under next year.
The tour will kick off at Melbourne's Margaret Court Arena on 20 September with the English pop outfit then travelling to Sydney's ICC, Brisbane's Riverstage and the AEC Theatre in Adelaide, before it concludes at Perth's HBF Stadium on 27 September.
If September 2019 seems too far away, the news that they will be bringing two LPs of new material will surely help. The band are reportedly in "a period of performance and release" called Music For Cars which will see them release a fourth album, Notes On A Conditional Form, in May 2019.
Third album, A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships is set to drop Friday 30 November.
Pre-sale tickets for the tour go on sale next Monday 26 November at 1pm local time in Perth and 4pm everywhere else. General sales follow in the same fashion on Tuesday 27 November.
