Already confirmed on the massive Perth International Jazz Festival line-up, Brooklyn-based bandleader/composer/vocalist Sara McDonald has revealed the 22 local musicians who will accompany her in WA next month.

The progressive jazz orchestra will back McDonald during her debut Perth performance, with the acclaimed artist visiting the country in support of her latest offering, The NYChillharmonic.

What’s unique about the event is McDonald will be hosting a number of open rehearsals prior to the main event, with anyone able to head down and check it out for free.
