Melbourne's Zoo Twilights Concert Series Announces 2019 Dates & First Artist

Melbourne Zoo has just announced its annual concert series Zoo Twilights will return in the new year and revealed the artist who will be leading the pack. 

All animal puns aside, Cat Power will be back in the country next February after her appearance at Vivid LIVE this year, touring her brand new album Wanderer, and will play the event 9 February. 

The event will run each weekend from 25 January to 9 March in Melbourne Zoo's grounds. All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to Zoos Victoria's efforts to save the Eastern Barred Bandicoot from extinction. 

Previous years have boasted acts such as Neil Finn, Cut Copy, Ben Folds and Paul Kelly so keep an eye on theMusic.com.au when we bring you the full line-up on 24 October.

Tickets go on sale 30 October.
