BIGSOUND may have been well and truly wrapped up for another year but that doesn't mean Brisbane is putting on the brakes - a brand new festival has just been announced in the Fortitude Valley precinct.
Going down on 13 October, The Hidden Lanes Festival will be a day-long celebration of the Valley's iconic laneways through the combination of fashion, food, music, art and heritage. The Delta Riggs lead a massive line-up of 41 acts with sets also by Jeremy Neale, Seaside and a whole lot more.
The festival will also feature fashion parades from seven local designers, art and photography exhibitions, a heritage trail and master classes hosted by tenants of the laneways.
Oh and did we mention it was all for free?
Hosted across the Winn, Bakery, Lucky's and Little Valley Lanes, the celebration will also coincide with the official launch of California Lane.
Check out the full line-up below and head to the Facebook event here for more info.
