After taking the last two years off, The Seed Fund workshop is confirmed to return in 2019.
The Seed Fund has helped artists and managers transition to self-sustained acts over the last 12 years and in 2019, applications will also be open to artists who are managed.
Now, back new and improved, participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers, facilitators and panelists in a dynamic workshop format. Over the course of the workshop, participants will create a tailored 12 month plan to set them on their path in the music industry.
Following its 10th edition in 2016, the team took some time off to consider the best way forward.
"We now want to break new ground and explore what is possible, for artists and for the music community," a statement from The Seed Fun reads.
"We want to look at industry standards that we have inherited, question the status quo and ensure that the practices we are engaging in are current and tested, relevant and valid."
All successful applicants will have transport, accommodation and meals covered by The Seed. Applications are right now and close on Monday 15 October.
