Australian indie record label Dew Process has just announced some noteworthy changes to its A&R and promotions teams just in time for BIGSOUND.

Newly created position, International A&R and Content Manager, will be filled by publicist Nathan Wood. With over a decade of experience in the music and media industries including previously at ABC, Foxtel Music Channels, Rolling Stone and Junkee, he before joined Dew Process as a publicist in 2017.

In the new role, Wood will oversee all creative content in addition to the management of the label's international A&R strategy. He has already signed BIGSOUND showcasing artists The Beths.

Annette Gevert, also previously working within the publicity department, will step into the newly created role Senior Promotions Manager, a role which oversees all Dew Process artists' day-to-day publicity strategy. With over a decade working in promotions, Gevert has previously worked across campaigns for London Grammar, Mumford & Sons, Bernard Fanning, Tkay Maidza and Eves Karydas.

Wood and Gevert will report through to Head of Marketing Alex Young and CEO Paul Piticco

Speaking of the structural changes, Young and Piticco said, "Both Nathan and Annette have worked incredibly hard over the past two years in their respective roles and we were more than happy to promote internally when the opportunity arose. We have a huge 12 months ahead both locally and abroad and excited to continue breaking our incredible artists on an international scale."
