Stereosonic creators, Hardware and Onelove, have joined forces with Live Nation, and today announce they are bringing a major new touring summer festival, dubbed FestivalX.
Showcasing hip hop, pop, EDM and electronic, the festival has promised they will "deliver some of the biggest music superstars that have dominated music, radio and streaming charts across the globe. The line-up includes Grammy, Billboard and ARIA Award winners who have performed on major international stages across the world."
With a claim like that, it's no wonder why fans are feeling the hype for the inaugural event.
There's no word on who will actually feature on the line-up as of yet but we do know it will all go down in Brisbane on 30 November, Melbourne on 1 December and Sydney on 2 December.
Hardware's Richie McNeill said that they've "been working on this for while now and the time is right"!
"Fans and the industry want a reliable, value for money musical experience showcasing the faves and new artists. We’ve got awesome musical artists, stage designers and builders responsible for some of the most spectacular looking stage designs at EDC, ID&T etc… It’s the start of summer and a great time to celebrate end of exams, holidays coming and listen to some loud, awesome music. Massive feels!"
Live Nation's Roger Field, shared in the excitement saying, "It’s going to be the pre-summer party fans have been waiting for. Australia get ready!"
