Neo Soul Icon Jill Scott Praises BIGSOUND Act Kaiit

Melbourne artist Kaiit is fast becoming the act to catch at BIGSOUND 2018, with the soul singer recently scoring a massive wrap from US neo soul icon Jill Scott.

Scott shared a clip of Kaiit’s latest music video, OG Luv Kush p.2, on her Instagram to more than 1.3 million followers, which has been received with a wealth of praise.

“Thank you so much, everyone, for all the love that you’ve been giving me, it’s so crazy,” Kaiit said in response via Instagram.

The OG Luv Kush p.2 clip came across Scott’s radar after being shared by US-based music outlet USIC.

“Show love and support to people who show you love and support,” Kaiit said.

Last week, Cookin’ On 3 Burners released Warning, a follow-up single to megahit This Girl, with Kaiit on vocals.
