Pizza and music is a match made in heaven, something Universal Store and Champion have utilised in their latest efforts to throw support behind emerging Australian talent.
Sydney-based rapper Kwame and R&B soul singer Mel Bailey sat down to chat all things music while devouring some pepperoni slices as part of Snackchat, a clip that kicks off the new Universal Store X Champion campaign.
Regularly collaborating, it’s been a massive year for the two artists, with Kwame still riding a wave of buzz from his recent triple J Unearthed Splendour slot, while Bailey’s January EP, No Doubt, Just Questions, continues to score praise from fans and the industry.
Universal Store and Champion both have a history of working with and supporting emerging artists and their latest campaign helps shine a spotlight on the remarkable efforts of two promising acts.
The new campaign runs nationwide until September 4 and features some of Champion’s most sought-after apparel, including Reverse Weave hoodies and crews, Heritage tees, baseball jackets, hats and more, available in stores and online.
