This week Crowbar announced the line-up and charity for its annual benefit concert. This year the event will feature renowned Brisbane band Arrows, who are reforming to play their first gig since February 2015.

This year will also see the concert expand to two days of music to help raise money for and awareness of depression.

Arrows will be joined by Outright, Jamie Hay, Lincoln Le Ferve, We Set Sail and more.

The venue posted a statement on Facebook addressing the impact of depression "on the people we know and love".

"2018 has seen us lose one of the biggest heartbeats in the Brisbane music scene in a dear friend Shane Collins.

"This year, we chose to raise donations for Support Act, a charity helping Australian artists and music workers who are facing hardship due to illness, mental health, injury or other crisis."

In the statement, Paul Voge of We Set Sail said that "Crowbar is a place that thrives on community and is the greatest place on earth for hosting this event every year".

"To everyone that can come along on one night or both nights, you are the people making a difference. If you want to talk to anyone about anything we're here, or just come and celebrate the lives of those we were lucky enough to be a part of even if only for a moment."

Arrows have not confirmed what this means for the band going forward.
