Their fourth studio album Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life is only five months old but The Wombats are already gearing up to release some brand new music in the coming months.
Appearing on The Music Podcast at Splendour In The Grass this past weekend, drummer Dan Haggis revealed fans can expect two new tracks from the UK trio very soon.
"We've got a couple of new songs that we recorded in May that are gonna come out in August or September - Bee Sting and Oceans," Haggis told host Neil Griffiths.
"We were supposed to record it for [Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life] but we didn't end up having time and then we thought 'We'll just save them for next year'. We recorded them in Oslo recently.
