The Smith Street Band Have Brewed Their Very Own Beer

The Smith Street Band are taking their talents into the brewing world, today announcing they've made their very own beer. 

The Melbourne outfit have teamed up with Fixation Brewing to create an exclusive brew; The Lee Hartney Experience, Poolside IPA, in support of Brisbane's Beer InCider Experience which will host its fifth event this September. 

The collaboration came about after the Fixation team reached out to the band after being left stunned by a recent performance from guitarist Lee Hartney and TSSB.

The Smith Street Band will celebrate the brew at the Beer InCider Experience, taking place at Brisbane Showgrounds from 21-22 September, where they will perform alongside the likes of The Jungle Giants, Tired Lion, Bad//Dreems, Press Club and Bugs.

"The Beer InCider Experience handpicks the best beer, cider, music, art and food to create an epic festival," founder Martin Keetels said.

"Not only will this year’s event have more breweries than ever before, it will also have more festival exclusive brews and collaborations."
