A celebration of Newtown's unique music, culture and community, the King Street Crawl has confirmed it will once again take over the area for a full day of music and more this September.

The September 2 free event will run up and down King Street, Enmore and Erskineville Roads, with a slew of to-be-announced acts playing various venues and spaces along the way from midday to midnight.

“The aim of the KSC is to shine a spotlight on the varied establishments and talent that make up this truly unique melting pot of Sydney,” organisers said.

“Last year was our biggest and most diverse crawl to date with 100+ acts of all levels and genres performing at 25+ traditional and non-traditional spaces."

Curators and line-ups will be announced in the coming weeks.
