Guy Sebastian Puts The Spring In Springfield In Dan Cribb's Latest 'The Simpsons' Punk Cover

WA songwriter Dan Cribb has enlisted some very impressive names for his ongoing punk tribute to The Simpsons, but he's taking things to the next level with his next special guest in Aussie heavyweight, Guy Sebastian.

The ARIA Award-winning artist joins Cribb's Worst Tribute Ever LP to take one on of the show's classic tracks, We Put The Spring In Springfield.

"I mentioned it to Guy in passing and he was immediately on board with the idea," Cribb said.

"He started humming a medley of Simpsons hits when I asked."

 
"We had a blast in the studio working on this song and I’m so stoked with the results.

"I never thought I’d be singing a Simpsons song with Guy Sebastian when I started this project."

The latest track is the 25th song on Worst Tribute Ever, with past guest vocals coming from the likes of Ball Park Music, Luca Brasi and Alex Lahey.
