In a cryptic social media post, Gang Of Youths have hinted at some big news for Brisbane fans coming in four weeks.
When speaking to The Music about the MTV Unplugged announcement, bass player Max Dunn also mentioned the lack of Brisbane dates on the upcoming, record-breaking tour saying, "we feel like assholes, but we literally just can't talk about it".
"When we say we haven’t forgotten you, it will be more rewarding than what the rest of the country gets, if that makes sense.
"I don’t know what to say but it’s going to be good. I can’t give you any more then we’ve already said…but at some point you guys will be stoked with the news.”
The band had previously posted saying "Brisbane we haven't forgotten about you," and now it seems answers are only a month away.
The posts have been massively hyped on social media with many fans jokingly hoping they mean four weeks of shows. That period of time will also put us after their appearance at Splendour In The Grass. If science has taught us anything though, it is that correlation does not equal causation, so don't get your hopes up for a cheeky Kendrick collab.
