With a star-studded artist line-up already locked down, Bello Winter Music Festival has today announced its Bello LeaF program, which will look at sustainability and the environment.

Set to take over the NSW town of Bellingen again this July, the latest announcement from the beloved event includes workshops covering eco-learning topics, tours, forums and more all led by passionate local presenters and running from Friday to Sunday of the festival.

Some topics unpacked during the program will include the return of Primitive Fire Making, Edible And Medicinal Weeds Walk and yoga and meditation classes alongside new additions, such as Make Your Own Plastic Free Personal Products, Towards A Zero-Emissions Bellingen Shire and Bugs Of Bellingen.

Festival ticketholders can attend Bello LeaF events for free, while non-ticket holders can gain access by donation on the day, with punters advised to register in advance for the more popular events.

The festival itself runs from 12 – 15 July, taking over a number of venues throughout the small coastal town with more than 70 acts, including Justin Townes Earle, Lior, Deborah Conway, Caiti Baker, William Crighton, Thando, Z-Star Trinity and Dustyesky
