Having racked up nearly 125 million YouTube views in just over a week, it's not surprising to see that Childish Gambino's globally-praised track, This Is America, is now storming to the top of the ARIA Singles chart.
According to midweek figures, the single, which debuted on the list last week at #7, is expected to climb straight into the top three and push for top spot, currently occupied by Drake's Nice For What.
This Is America topped both the US Billboard Hot 100 and R&B/Hip Hop Songs list last week.
It's also expected that 5 Seconds Of Summer's Youngblood will push into the top five after climbing nine spots last week to place at #9.
Over on the Albums chart, Arctic Monkeys are gunning for consecutive #1 debuts with new LP, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino — check out our track-by-track review here.
Other album debuts this week include Delta Goodrem's Olivia Newton-John miniseries soundtrack, I Honestly Love You (top five), Bad Wolves' Disobey and Charlie Puth's Voicenotes (both top ten), the Eurovision 2018 soundtrack (top 20), Esoterik's My Astral Plane (top 40) and Beach House's 7 (top 50).
