It's been a while since the words 'The Brunswick Hotel Presents' tickled our ears and like the rest of you, we here at The Music have been getting the itch.

Brunswick's late-night home of all things loose famously went the way of Atlantis back in March when an inexperienced driver mounted the kerb and T-boned a fire hydrant, flooding the venue and causing extensive water damage.

Although they're well on the way to rebuilding (and they threw a pretty massive party just a few weeks back) The Brunswick team have been going a little stir crazy in the interim.

To break the cabin fever they're running a pop-up event at The Phoenix this 26 May, with Brunny staff taking over the bar and the tunes.

Froot Luips and James Moloney & The Mad Dogs are on board for the "triumphant semi-return", along with Ruse, Soft Taco and Genuine Fake. There will also be $5 Furphy and Brooklyn tins right up until the go-home-lights come on.
