Kylie Minogue has joined an elite list of acts in securing yet another #1 track on the US dance charts. 

The Aussie pop icon's single, Dancing, has climbed to the top of the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, gifting Minogue her 14th #1.

As Billboard reports, Dancing is Minogue's first #1 song on the chart in four years, since 2014's Into The Blue, however she did feature on NERVO's The Other Boys in 2015 which also hit top spot. 

The Melbourne-born artist is now tied with Lady Gaga, Dave Aude, Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull for tenth place on the list of artists with the most number one songs on the Dance Club Songs chart.

Madonna still leads the list with 46 number ones, ahead of Rihanna's 32, Beyonce's 22 and Janet Jackson's 19.

Last week's top charting artist, Darwin-born VASSY, scored her fourth #1 on the chart with Lost.

Meanwhile, Keith Urban has cleaned up the Billboard charts with his tenth LP, Graffiti U, after it debuted at #2 in Australia last week. 

The album has also debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 and Top Album Sales, while also taking out top spot on the Top Country Albums list (his third straight) and #5 on the Digital Albums chart.
