With the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest just around the corner, five Australian music industry personalities have been locked down for judging duties, including the likes of local hip hop artist L-FRESH The LION, Double J’s Zan Rowe and more.
The five individuals selected by SBS will influence the outcome of next month’s event, which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal and broadcast live via SBS from May 9 – 13, and will have Jessica Mauboy representing Australia with the single We Got Love.
Joining the aforementioned on the jury will be Sounds Australia executive producer Millie Millgate, comedian/musician Jordan Raskopoulos of Axis Of Awesome fame and TV personality Richard Wilkins.

Mauboy will feature in the Semi Final 2 on May 11 (which kicks off at 5am AEST), and that’s when the Aussie judges and viewers will have their say (they can’t vote for Mauboy, unfortunately), with 50% of the total votes coming from the jury and the rest coming from fans.
Each performer will be judged on vocal capacity, stage presence and “overall impression”.
