The former site of Melbourne cabaret Dracula's is now officially on the market.
As Realestate.com.au reports, the Carlton-based two-storey building is being pitched to continue as a hospitality business, potentially a nightclub or restaurant.
It is expected that the building could be sold for up to $10 million.
It comes after Dracula's shock closure in December last year following 37 years of operation.

The venue's long time owners — the Newman family — said in a statement last year, "… We are seeing the demand for our style of live entertainment in the region we offer has diminished in recent years, despite our earnest efforts to maintain our popularity".
It is reported the family have plans to upgrade the Gold Coast Dracula's establishment.
Expressions of interest for the building close on 17 May.
