Fresh off a whirlwind SXSW run, Melbourne artist Didirri has been announced on the first TEDxSydney line-up for 2018.
The singer will perform alongside a number of other acts including Papua New Guinean-born songstress Kaiit and beatboxer Tom Thum, who will be returning to the TEDx stage after his 2013 feature went viral, racking up 64 million views to date.
There’s a stack of exciting speakers featured on the first line-up announcement like comedian, LGBTQIA activist and Aussie treasure Magda Szubanski, AFL Woman’s League powerhouse Chyloe Kurdas and prolific Indigenous writer Bruce Pascoe.
"TEDxSydney is the ultimate destination for curious minds, game-changers and for those who seek to be inspired,” TEDxSydney’s Head of Curation Fenella Kernebone said.
"We’re thrilled with this lineup of high profile personalities and everyday heroes sharing their unique perspective and ideas on the HumanKind theme."
The second line-up will be announced in the coming months, for more information about speakers, head over to the TEDxSydney website.
