UK rising star Dua Lipa has been forced to cancel her Brisbane support performances on Bruno Mars' 24K Magic Australian tour due to a medical emergency.
In a statement released this afternoon, Lipa cited emergency dental surgery as the reason for pulling out of the two Brisbane dates starting tonight.
"I’ve been performing with an awful pain due to my wisdom teeth and as advised by my dentist and oral surgeon I have to have them imminently removed," Lipa said.
"I have been enjoying this tour so much and am upset that life has gotten in the way but hopefully I’ll have a speedy recovery and make it back as soon as possible."
There has been no official word on when the singer will return to the tour which has still have five Sydney dates, two Perth dates and an Adelaide date to go throughout the remainder of March.
