Having already broken the Australasian touring record, Ed Sheeran is set to crack yet another milestone with his upcoming shows in Sydney this week.
As The Daily Telegraph reports, more than 225,000 are expected to attend the UK superstar's three sold-out concerts at ANZ Stadium which will beat the record for the most number of fans ever to attend a stadium music event in NSW.
The record is currently held by AC/DC who drew 213,045 punters to their three shows at the venue in 2010, while Adele's gigs last year attracted 194,834 fans.
