Aussie music stalwart Roger Grierson has launched a brand new music service that is set to give original artists a leg up in the industry.
Go! will offer publishing based services to writers and artists as well as providing worldwide representation to independent artists who control their own publishing.
“We work with them to raise awareness across the media and the music industry in general, locally and globally,” Grierson said.
“We assist in their creative and business development. We assist with a customised strategy around finding partners (where required) in synchronisation, management, live representation, government assistance, label services, PR, and business advice in general.”
The new company has already taken on several up and comers, representing Cash Savage, The Peep Temple, Liam Linley, Delsinki and a stack more.
Grierson has had ample experience in the sector, having acted as the Chairman of Festival Mushroom Records for eight years and managed the likes of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and The Go-Betweens.
"The definition of independent means you can pick and choose who you work with. DIY means creating your own opportunities. That's GO! that's what we do"
