Frankston is set to be transformed as the inaugural Big Picture Fest takes over the city with its artistic delights.

Over three days at the end of March, a number of street artists will take over Frankston, headlined by Australian-born, Glasgow-based artist Smug.

Other artists appearing at the fest include Melbourne’s Loretta Lizzio, Adelaide’s Lucy Bonnin and a stack more.

The whole thing will culminate in a massive street party to show off the work of the fest.

Big Picture Fest will take place from March 23-25; for more information, head to the Frankston council website.
