Melbourne funk and soul collective The Bamboos are lighting up your Tuesday with the announcement of a brand new single and a run of Australian headline shows.
Lit Up is the newest taste from the group's upcoming eighth studio album Night Time People which is slated for release on 8 June.
The track was mixed by the iconic Bob Clearmountain whose other studio credits include everything from David Bowie’s Lets Dance to The Cure and The Rolling Stones.
On the back of the new album, the group is hitting the road in August, playing shows in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, and Adelaide.
If you just can’t wait that long to get your fix of The Bamboo’s then you’re in luck because the band is getting ready to embark on a national tour supporting Robbie Williams, with the first show kicking off tonight in Brisbane.
