Iconic actor and all 'round legend Bill Murray is confirmed to be making his way to Australia this year with some world renowned musicians for a tour of the country.
The 67-year-old comic and classical cellist Jan Vogler will bring their popular New Worlds tour Down Under in November; a program that showcases the core of the American values in literature and music, which Murray describes as "the collision of America and Europe".
The show also stars violinist Mira Wang and pianist Vanessa Perez.
"We are from four different continents," Murray said.
"And when the continents come together, the music moves right across the peninsulas from one to the other. It's just a short journey from one continent to the other."
