It's a great week for Aussie music as some of the country's finest talent move up the ARIA Album Chart following triple j's Hottest 100.
As predicted, Gang Of Youths' Go Farther In Lightness (which took out three places in the Hottest 100 top 10) has moved back up the chart from last week's position of #28 to #4.
While Hugh Jackman's The Greatest Showman soundtrack still holds steady at #1, our friend across the ditch Lorde has had her Melodrama move up to #22 from #34 following the countdown, and Angus & Julia Stone's Snow is back in at #30 following a break from the charts.
Just breaking outside of the Top 50 are The Jungle Giants' Quiet Ferocity at #65, Vera Blue's Perennial at #67 and Amy Shark's Night Thinker EP at #70, following their placings in the Hottest 100. Debuting this week are Machine Head's Catharsis at #10 and Migos' Culture II at #28.
Over to the ARIA Singles Chart, Drake's God's Plan has taken out #1 after last week's placing at #5, while Ed Sheeran's Perfect, Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line's Meant To Be, Post Malone's I Fall Apart, and Eminem's River (feat. Ed Sheeran) all round out the Top 5.
Kendrick Lamar's Hottest 100 topping HUMBLE. has re-entered the Singles chart at #20, as does Angus & Julia Stone's Chateau at #26.
Justin Timberlake's newest single, Say Something (feat. Chris Stapleton) makes its debut at #36.
