Lana Del Rey has confirmed reports she is being sued by Radiohead for allegedly ripping off their iconic track, Creep.

As Billboard reports, the UK rockers have sued Del Rey for copyright infringement and are claiming that her song, Get Free, was inspired by their 1992-released tune.

"It's true about the lawsuit," Del Rey tweeted.

"Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing — I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court."

The only songwriters credited for Get Free includes Del Rey, Kieron Menzies and Rick Nowels.
